This plant is a friend to bees and butterflies.
This plant, very easy to grow, is often used as a companion plant with vegetables in the garden as it helps prevent diseases and certain undesirable insects.
Directly sow in the garden just below the surface of the soil (1/4’’). Keep the soil slightly moist until germination, which can take between 5 and 10 days.
Mature plants tolerate some drought but require good humidity levels during germination until they are established.
